Tight quarters and even tighter deadlines. There are about eight people here. Air-conditioning is blowing strong. It doesn't really get hopping till around 5pm-8pm. Everybody from traffic and account services are catching up and a lot of business is done within the studio. People usually don't go home till 10pm or midnight.

We have a lot of luxuries in the Portland office. It's nice here too at WK Shanghai, but some of the processes are still be worked out. In Portland, there is an in-house color proofing system, but in the Shanghai office, the studio has to send out for color proofs. It takes longer to do proofs because the vendor has to run film, make plates and pull color. In layman's terms... it takes a whole lot longer here to do things.

Still learning. People seem competent.
