Kaiser Permanente
As the Creative Director at Kaiser Permanente for the Pacific Northwest region, engagement with the organization went beyond surface-level exploration. Insights were gained into Kaiser Permanente's streamlined connection between its health plan and medical facilities.
Learning the perspectives of Kaiser Permanente's committed health professionals, and stories from their patient-member community, empowered the creative and marketing leadership. This provided a solid perspective to build and elevate the Kaiser Permanente brand through impactful narratives with internal and external forms of media.

Care Essentials Messaging & Advertising
To build a community-driven brand, development of custom messaging, advertising, and key art was built featuring real community members and local landmarks. Since the pilot clinic was being established a set of brand guidelines were developed from top to bottom. An authentic brand connection that showed local accessibility was a faster way to build trust with those in the community.
Care Essentials Environmental Design
The first clinic located in Portland, Oregon’s Pearl district drew inspiration from the neighborhood’s repurposed industrial spaces and community-centric design. Many of the exam room murals pulled vintage imagery of the community.
